Returns & Exchanges

At Gentle Coda, we take care in creating and packaging each item, and we hope you enjoy it. Please read this policy so you know what to expect if something isn’t right ⁽ ¨̮⁾⁽¨̮ ⁾*˚‧♡


Inspecting Your Order

When your order arrives, we recommend checking:

♡ That the items match your order details

♡ For any damage or defects

If you notice any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help.


Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

1. Contact us within 7 days.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund if a replacement is unavailable.


Return Conditions

♡ Items must be unused and in original condition, including any packaging or tags.

♡ We cannot accept returns of items that are used, damaged, or incomplete.

♡ If an item is limited edition or out of stock, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement.


Shipping and Lost Packages

♡ For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us.

♡ For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

♡ If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failure to collect, or an incorrect address, we will contact you.

♡ Reshipment is available if requested within one month, with postage costs paid by the customer.

♡ If no response is received within one month, the order will be considered canceled, and any associated shipping or handling fees may be deducted from your refund.


Additional Notes

♡ Slight variations in color or print may occur due to the handmade nature of our items or monitor settings. These are not considered defects.

♡ Refunds are only provided for items with significant faults, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
